I tried the best recipe the other day. It was one of those times when it seems a craving is more likely to drive you crazy than go away. So I looked up recipe after recipe and finally settled on one. Of course it was from Campbell. We all love them right! Well I got up off of my lazy butt and decided I would make it. It is quite simple. I would post the recipe itself but its much easier just to post the link. There are just a few comments to be made though. As yummy as they were they could have used more spice. I love spices from cumin to red pepper flakes so something more sweet than savory is not my usual cup of tea. I would advise adding some of your own spices to the blend and tasting as you go along. The prep was simple enough as well but if you do not have cooked chicken on hand I would recommend thinking ahead. Or buy a rotisserie chicken from your local grocer.
However, even with the sweetness of the dish it is still good for a beginner chef or someone just wanting a quick fix. Try it for yourself and let me know if I am the only one that thinks it could be kicked up a notch.
